VizioFly was commissioned to set up Virtual Reality (VR) booths for the annual keynote event in the Singapore HR circuit, SHRI HR Congress 2016. Samsung partnered with VizioFly to establish six experience stations and hundreds of guests were wowed by VR for the first time. VizioFly also implemented a seamless “Live” VR demonstration and broadcast for Dr. Amber Brooks’ presentation.
The Brief
The aim was to introduce Virtual Reality to hundreds of distinguished professionals and C-suites attending the event. VizioFly was tasked with setting up VR booths and ensuring a smooth VR experience for all the guests. Additionally, a “Live” VR demonstration and broadcast was required for Dr. Amber Brooks’ presentation.
Our Approach
VizioFly collaborated with Samsung to establish six experience stations for the guests to try VR for the first time. Our team ensured that all the guests had a seamless experience by providing technical support and maintaining the equipment. We also implemented a “Live” VR demonstration and broadcast for Dr. Amber Brooks’ presentation. The attendees were impressed with the VR booths and the “Live” VR demonstration, and it helped to elevate the event experience.
