3M Singapore was seeking a new and innovative way to market their Novec 1230 Fire Suppression System. The challenge was to create a visual display of their liquidless fire extinguisher that would engage new clients without the need for costly and difficult to organize live product demonstrations.
3M Singapore required a mobile sales tool that was unlike any flyer, poster, or video, to demonstrate the capabilities of their Novec 1230 system. The objective was to create an engaging product demonstration, leveraging immersive media into sales conversions.
VizioFly provided an integrated approach that included both Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality applications. The Augmented Reality application allowed users to scan a flyer and activate a CGI office environment on fire, which could be put out in an instant with the Novec 1230 system. The Virtual Reality application included the world’s first 360-degree green screen special effect, applying a live-action recording of the Novec 1230 in action to multiple VR environments.
