Case overview
Bayer wanted to educate the public about mosquito hazards and prevent infections. They approached VizioFly to create educational content in Virtual Reality. The VR game was developed to engage users in detecting mosquito hazards and points were awarded for the harder to spot ones. The game was released at InnovFest Unbound and later rolled out at Community Centres with great success.
The Brief
Bayer wanted to educate the public about mosquito hazards and prevent infections. However, traditional efforts were often ignored by the public. They approached VizioFly to create an engaging and interactive solution using Virtual Reality technology. VizioFly’s task was to create a VR game that educates the user on how to detect mosquito hazards.
Our Approach
To achieve Bayer’s objective, VizioFly created an interactive VR game that transports the user to a sleek, modern apartment. The user is quickly brought to different locations and needs to detect mosquito hazards as the clock ticks down. Points were awarded for each hazard detected, with more points for harder to spot ones. The VR game was launched at InnovFest Unbound and later rolled out at Community Centres, where it was met with resounding success.
