VizioFly was selected by BNP Paribas to run and manage a Virtual Reality (VR) booth during the BNP Paribas WTA Finals Tennis tournament. The booth offered an exclusive VR game that integrated tennis, music beats, and height factors. The event lasted for 8 days, and the VR booth was a hit with guests, who returned multiple times to enjoy the experience.
The Brief
VizioFly was tasked with running and managing the VR booth for the duration of the tournament. The brief included ensuring that the VR experience was seamless and without technical glitches, and that the team was prepared to handle a strong flow of guests.
Our Approach
To ensure a successful VR booth, VizioFly used HTC Vive VR headsets and conducted thoughtful preparation and contingency planning. The team was able to handle the long queue of interested guests without any disruptive technical glitches. Overall, VizioFly’s approach was focused on providing an immersive and enjoyable VR experience for guests.
