Case overview
This project offers an immersive 360-degree virtual reality tour of Tampa, Florida, showcasing popular attractions such as Busch Garden Theme Park, Palm River Jetty, Palm River Railway track, and Davis Island Trail. The project has been nominated for Best Travel Experience at Virtual Reality Festival in Los Angeles.
The Brief
The aim of this project was to showcase Tampa, Florida’s most exciting tourist attractions to a global audience through immersive 360-degree virtual reality technology. The client wanted to offer a unique and realistic experience that would engage viewers and encourage them to visit the city in person.
Our Approach
We employed cutting-edge 360-degree VR cameras to record footage of Tampa’s top tourist attractions in order to fulfill the client’s request. The footage was then edited together to create a virtual reality tour, which we included interactive components to improve the viewer’s experience. The HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Samsung Gear VR are just a few of the well-known VR headsets that we made sure the VR experience was compatible with.
